1. What is CBD and how does it work?
Cannabidiol, or CBD, is the most common cannabinoid found in hemp products. It’s one of over 100 naturally occurring cannabinoids in the cannabis plant, and it’s also one of the most well-studied, alongside THC. Cannabinoids are chemical molecules that naturally occur in the human body and interact with cannabinoid receptors found all over the body. CBD binds to these receptors and causes a variety of physiological responses that help to control your appetite, pain, mood, and memory.
2. How is CBD different from marijuana?
While CBD is a naturally occurring component of marijuana, it does not produce the “high” that some people believe it does. The CBD we sell is made from the hemp plant, which is a close relative of the marijuana plant. Industrial hemp is classified by US law as cannabis with a delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) level of 0.3 percent or less by dry weight.
3. What Are these Hemp Products and why do you offer their CBD products?
All of the companies are well-known in the hemp sector and are led by healthcare specialists with extensive expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. They were among the first companies in the United States to legitimate hemp oil as a natural option. Only healthcare professionals can get their brand of clinically proven, broad-spectrum, full-spectrum, and isolated CBD hemp-derived products. Multiple layers of technology surround these highly concentrated compositions, enhancing the potential for therapeutic efficacy.
4. How is Are these products manufactured?
The residual solvents in Connected Healing’s trusted products are continuously checked, and they must pass a rigorous test. Cultivated and manufactured in the United States, with certain nanotech formulations to aid CBD absorption. From seed to sale, every CBD firm Connected Healing works with adheres to the FDA’s Good Manufacturing Practices and the USDA’s requirements. The hemp utilized in the products is of the highest purity, being organic, naturally grown, and non-GMO. We can speak to this because we saw the fields, labs, and people when it all began. The businesses we chose are committed to the long term.
5. What is the difference between broad- and full-spectrum CBD?
Full-spectrum extracts contain all phytochemicals found naturally in the plant, including CBD, trace cannabinoids, terpenes, and essential oils. THC concentration in full-spectrum hemp extracts is likewise very low — less than 0.3 percent. THC is absent in Broad Spectrum, but all other cannabinoids and terpenes are present. CBD Isolate is the purified chemical form of CBD and is usually the most affordable alternative for first-time purchasers. This is also the most commonly utilized for clinical testing.
Full-spectrum CBD, despite being non-psychoactive, might cause a false positive on a drug test, especially if you use significant quantities of CBD oil on a daily basis. This is where broad-spectrum CBD comes into play.
Broad-spectrum CBD, like full-spectrum CBD, contains cannabidiol as well as all of the other chemicals found in the cannabis plant. However, following the initial extraction, it goes through a further procedure to eliminate the trace levels of THC, entirely eliminating it.
6. What is the “Entourage Effect”?
When numerous components from the industrial hemp plant work together, it is referred to as the entourage effect. These elements interact together to boost the plant’s potential advantages, with each chemical boosting the medicinal characteristics of the others while reducing the risk of negative effects. This synergistic interaction is thought to boost the potential for therapeutic efficacy, albeit the impact of this effect has not yet been verified by clinical investigations. At Connected Healing, we believe highly that terpene content has more to do with what is know as the entourage effect.
7. What dosage should I take?
Everyone is unique, and the fact remains that everyone is in a different place and will react to their CBD dosage in a different way. Because each person’s CBD dosage is different, it’s advised to start small and gradually raise to a comfortable level until you get the desired outcome.
8. How can a water-based formula help?
When a medicinal chemical that prefers to be delivered in fat must be administered orally, altering it so that it may be transported in water can increase the quantity of the substance that is really used by the body. This can be sprayed directly into the mouth and instantly consumed, or it can be mixed into a drink or food. Because your body is able to absorb almost 100 percent of the cannabinoids into your system, the effects of water-soluble CBD can be up to 10x more potent than the oil counterpart. The oil compounds are decreased using a unique technology so that the CBD is small enough for the body to process like any other meal that isn’t an oil.
9. Will I fail a drug test?
If this is a big concern, go to www.ConnectTheHealing.com and download the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the appropriate Connected Healing’s Trusted product line, then share it with the lab that administers your drug test to get a reliable answer. We have specific “CBD ISOLATE” and “BROAD SPECTRUM” categories to shop from. If the COA seems perplexing, we explain how to read it and understand what you’re looking at it, please contact us.
